Welcome, my name is Iman Saint Jean, I am a Clinical Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). I specialize in working with youth and adult clients, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related concerns, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, and neurodivergence/ADHD. My clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR-informed trauma treatment, somatic therapy, play therapy, and expressive modalities such as art therapy. I tailor treatment to each client’s developmental needs, lived experiences, and goals, with an emphasis on building emotional regulation, insight, and sustainable coping strategies. With a background in education, psychology, and mental health, I understand how neurodevelopmental differences, early experiences, family systems, culture, and societal pressures impact emotional and psychological well-being. I am committed to providing a structured, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment that fosters healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Whether you are seeking support for symptom relief, trauma processing, or personal growth, my goal is to help you strengthen resilience, improve functioning, and create greater balance and connection in your life.
