Ines Nouafo, CT is a dedicated Counselor Trainee (CT) passionate about supporting individuals and families through Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. As a Cameroonian American, I bring a deep awareness of cultural identity, representation, and the importance of breaking stigma around therapy in underserved communities. My experiences working in community clinics, with children and families, and in women’s and children’s services have shaped my commitment to providing accessible, compassionate care. I believe in tailoring treatment approaches to the unique needs of each client and strive to create a safe, collaborative space where growth can flourish. I am committed to supporting adults facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma, along with children experiencing ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and adjustment disorder.
