Introduction

Coparenting isn't just a custody calendar. It's grief, logistics, and a nervous system that never gets to rest. I help parents navigate separation, co-parenting, and life transitions, especially those with ADHD or the kind of overwhelm that makes everyday logistics feel impossible. My clients are often exhausted, dropping balls they never used to drop, and wondering if something is wrong with them. Nothing is wrong with them. They're rebuilding their entire lives while parenting through it. In our work together, we hold both sides of this season: the grief and identity shift, and the practical reality of running a family across two households — communication with a difficult co-parent, routines that fit how your brain actually works, and staying steady when everything feels like too much. I work from narrative and strengths-based approaches, and I'm a co-parent myself, so I understand this from both sides. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and practical. All virtual across Florida, with evening and Saturday availability built for parents' real schedules. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit; no pressure either way.
