If you are reading this, I imagine that you are seeking to start on a journey to create a change in your life. A journey that can be enlightening, challenging, introspective and sometimes hard. Through my career I have had the pleasure of assisting others in their journey to manage anxiety, depression, addiction, behavioral challenges, life transitions and healthy interpersonal relationships. To help us during this journey we will use a variety of therapeutic modalities based on your individual needs that will help you build and strengthen the tools necessary to gain insight, problem solve, tolerate distress and heal. I am currently offering outpatient mental health counselling in the comfort of your own home through virtual therapy. Although virtual therapy is not an ideal fit for everyone, it can allow for increased flexibility around a busy work and life schedule.
