Introduction

We believe that sometimes life asks us to pause, breathe, and take one step at a time. As a clinical therapist team, we provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe being your authentic self. We work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages from children and teenagers to adults and elders addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, military and veteran's issues, and suicidal ideation. Our approach centers on the therapeutic relationship, because feeling understood and supported is the foundation for meaningful healing and growth. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family/marital therapy techniques tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating a personal crisis, relationship challenges, or the weight of past trauma, we are here to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance. We offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept most major insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients. It's okay not to be okay. Together, we can get there one breath, one step, and one day at a time.
