Life can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I’m a compassionate counselor dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is heard and valued. I provide therapy all across the state of Washington virtually and in-person in Snohomish. I have my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University and have 10 years of experience helping children, adults, and families through trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe that counseling is a collaborative effort and I will do my best to support you in achieving your mental health goals. I will use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), acceptance and commitment therapy, parts work/ego states, sand tray therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, person-centered, mindfulness and solution-focused brief therapy. I strive to create a safe space for all my clients. My goal is to help you grow and ensure you're prepared to handle whatever challenges may come your way. I know that progress is not linear and that we all have our ups and downs. I will always be there to support you to the best of my ability. In our first session, my primary goal is to create a comfortable space where we can truly get to know one another. We'll focus on getting to know you and your story. We’ll also collaborate to create a treatment plan that supports your mental health goals.
