Introduction

My name is Inyang Udo-Ema, and I’m the founder of Mosaic Integrated Counseling LLC. I absolutely love what I do—helping people work through their challenges and think their way toward growth and healing. I’ve been in the behavioral health field for over 17 years. I could throw a lot of clinical jargon your way, but what I’ve learned is that most people are simply looking for someone they can connect with. That connection is where real change begins. I understand how hard it can be to find a therapist who not only fits your needs but also fits your schedule—especially if you work a 9 to 5. That’s why I offer evening appointments, Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, as well as select Saturday sessions. Take a moment, reach out, and let’s see if we’re a good fit to walk this path together. I’d be honored to support you on your next step forward.
