Introduction

I specialize in trauma recovery and supporting survivors of abuse, with a deep commitment to LGBTQIA+-affirming care—including dedicated support for transgender and gender-diverse individuals and their loved ones. My trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach recognizes that healing looks different for everyone. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shaped you, build practical coping skills, and work toward self-acceptance and healthier relationships. I draw on psychodynamic and relational approaches to meet you where you are. I work with young adults, adults, and elders across California via telehealth in English, Spanish, and Italian. I accept Lyra Health and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I'm here to support you.
