Suffering is an unavoidable part of life. However, some realms of suffering do not need to stay as they are--some of them are invitations for us to turn towards ourselves and learn more honestly how we live our life, how we respond, and what resources may be available to us that we don't know about yet. Life transitions, and generational processes, including parenting, giving birth, and entering what seems to be the last chapter of our lives (whenever that happens), these are all openings and opportunities for reorganizing, for facing what seems impossible, and in doing so, cultivating greater love for ourselves and the world. I work psychodynamically--which means that while I want to help you get through the days if that's a struggle, I am not here to find out what you're doing wrong and fix it, or apply a band-aid, or try to make you different than you are. Over time, we'll learn together how you are patterned, how it impacts you, and help you find ways to choose more freedom in your life. I can't wait to meet you!
