Hello, I’m Irene Drye, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful way. I was drawn to this work through my passion for helping individuals navigate life transitions, work through past experiences, and build healthier relationships, with themselves and with others. My background includes working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I also have experience supporting first-generation individuals and those navigating complex family dynamics, identity development, and major life changes. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, grounding techniques, and emotion regulation skills, while always tailoring therapy to your unique needs and pace. I value creating a space where you feel seen, empowered, and supported. In our work together, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical tools, and develop a deeper sense of self-compassion and confidence. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and growth.
