I assist people through life transitions, emotional difficulties, and complex behavioral health issues, always with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. My professional background involves working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, grief and loss, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, caregiver stress, trauma, and adjustment challenges. I prioritize meeting people where they are and acknowledge the significance of culture, family systems, community ties, and personal strengths in healing. Through TRIAS, I aim to deliver coordinated, compassionate, and person-centered services that help individuals and families succeed while feeling recognized, supported, and understood. Bilingual (English/Spanish) with extensive experience in Medicaid-funded systems, crisis intervention and assessment, SBIRT implementation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and service coordination across Medicaid, public health, and community programs. I have a solid background in program development and proven skills in delivering culturally responsive, linguistically appropriate, and trauma-informed care to diverse, underserved, and high-risk populations throughout Texas.
