Introduction

Dr. Stewart attended Adler University in Chicago, Illinois and earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology in 2022. Dr. Stewart received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2018. Dr. Stewart is trained in therapeutic interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, and client-centered therapy, treating a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Dr. Stewart continues to hone her skills as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, pursuing further knowledge in therapeutic techniques, including earning certifications in DBT and trauma-informed care. Dr. Stewart works with populations across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Dr. Stewart also conducts psychological testing to assist with clarification of diagnosis and understanding underlying processes that may be impacting an individual's functioning. "At times during life, individuals can become stuck and feel they are unable to move forward. I enjoy assisting my patients in gaining effective coping strategies and improve quality of life."
