Hi, I’m Irrin! My practice is about helping people feel more steady and connected to themselves. Life can get heavy—stress, relationships, changes that throw us off track—and sometimes it’s hard to figure out the next step. I don’t just focus on what’s “wrong.” I care about who you are today, what you’ve been through, and what’s possible moving forward. Sometimes people come in because they’ve gone through really hard things, and other times it’s because daily life just feels harder to manage—whether that’s staying organized, keeping up with responsibilities, or breaking patterns that keep getting in the way. Whatever brings you here, we’ll figure it out together. When we work together, we create space to explore your story, your emotions, and the patterns you want to shift. I like to focus on your strengths, not just your struggles, and help you build awareness and confidence in where you’re heading.
