I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings both professional training and lived experience to my work. Growing up as the daughter of immigrants gave me deep insight into how cultural identity, family dynamics, and systemic factors shape our emotional wellbeing. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered and non-judgmental—I meet you where you are and draw from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic work, and solution-focused approaches. I prioritize understanding your unique story and circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept BlueCross and BlueShield and Cigna Healthcare, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to work toward meaningful change in a safe, supportive space, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
