About Me ​ ​My counseling approach is relationship-centered and focuses on establishing trust, safety, and rapport as the foundation for the therapeutic process. I specialize in working with children and adolescents and incorporate creative and play-based interventions to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills. My goal is to help young clients build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, develop emotional regulation, and strengthen self-esteem in a supportive and empathetic environment. I believe that with the right tools and support, children and adolescents can develop resilience and successfully navigate life’s challenges.
