Introduction

Beginning counseling can feel daunting and overwhelming. While it can feel like stepping into uncharted waters, you often seek support when you are already feeling weak, tired, and eager for change. It is important to find a space where you can come just as you are and share, question, grieve - and even celebrate - whatever you may be facing. I have experience working with sex addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, couples work, grief and loss, pre-marital counseling, and spiritual direction. I feel passionate about working with those who feel stuck- whether in self-discovery or in unhealthy behaviors. I seek to create a safe space for everyone who enters my office by approaching therapy through a holistic, person-centered, and relational framework. I strive to connect to each of my clients by creating a foundation of trust and curiosity, and utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness skills, and group therapy. You can find your way out of unhealthy patterns and cycles, and gain hope, acceptance and change in whatever situation you face. In my practice, I foster an environment where trust can be built between us, so that your time will be a restorative experience. Call me today to take the first step towards a new pattern.
