I became a therapist because I believe healing is about more than learning how to cope—it’s about understanding what happened, how it continues to show up in your life, and finding a way to finally move forward. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, difficulty regulating emotions, and patterns that can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Many of the clients I work with understand logically why they feel or react a certain way, but still struggle to change how those experiences feel in their body, relationships, and everyday life. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and nervous-system regulation strategies to help you develop tools for the present while also addressing the experiences underneath the symptoms. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and learn skills that actually translate into your life. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you feel more regulated, confident, connected to yourself, and free to create a life that is no longer defined by what you have been through.
