Introduction

Therapy is not a one size fits all journey; it is unique to you. We cannot always make problems disappear, but we can learn to manage our responses to them. I aim to get to know you as a person and work collaboratively to help you achieve stronger overall wellness. My approach is integrative, based on current research and evidence-based practices such as CBT, Somatic Therapy and IFS. I work with children, teens, young adults and adults of all ages, in all stages of life. Reaching out for help is not always easy to do, I am so glad you've come this far and am looking forward to connecting with you.
