Navigating identity, feeling stuck in relationship patterns, or dealing with past experiences that still feel unresolved can be hard to carry on your own. I help my clients understand why these patterns keep showing up, how their past has shaped them, and begin overcoming these distressing cycles. I’m a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, relational therapist, supporting individuals and couples struggling with trauma, grief, relationships, mood, self esteem, and identity exploration. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, those in polyamorous and nontraditional relationships, and clients navigating multiple cultural identities. My work is attachment-based, holistic, and systemically informed. With couples, I use the Gottman method to improve communication, break conflict cycles, and navigate life transitions. I also work with clients navigating foster care experiences, complex family or cultural dynamics, and mind/body issues including chronic illness, pain, and fatphobia. I offer affirming, anti-oppressive, and HAES-aligned care, creating a space where your full identity and lived experience are respected and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, real, and light hearted, as we build your resources and self talk to help you feel more like yourself again. If this resonates, I would love to speak to you in a consultation!
