Counseling is a collaborative process where we'll work together to improve your overall wellbeing and achieve your desired goals. My approach is client-centered, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. Through previous work in crisis intervention and in private practice, I've gained experience addressing a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, occupational stress, relationship challenges, behavioral challenges, and academic struggles across children, adults, older adults, students, first responders and military. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, TF-CBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based, Psychodynamic, Relational, and Strength-Based therapies, tailoring treatment to fit each client's needs, goals, and pace. My background in crisis intervention means I'm also equipped to support clients through periods of acute distress, should that ever arise. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds, and am committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space for those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges as you work toward healing and growth.
