I am a licensed clinical psychologist and received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in 2023. I have eight years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults through my clinical training and professional practice. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care and addiction treatment. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client's needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, self-compassion-focused therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that recognizes each client's unique background, identity, and lived experiences. I also offer therapy in Spanish. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support them in developing greater emotional well-being, resilience, and self-compassion.
