Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults through individual therapy. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel heard without judgment. My approach is warm and trauma-informed. I look at the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms. Our experiences, relationships, environment, and past can all play a role in how we think, feel, and respond to things in the present. Together, we can explore those connections, better understand what you’re experiencing, and work toward the changes that feel meaningful to you. I have extensive experience working with perinatal mental health and supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I also work with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make that process feel comfortable and approachable while meeting you where you are. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and work toward feeling more like yourself again. Thank you for being here.
