Introduction

Welcome! I am so glad that you're here. Life is often full of surprises, ups and downs, and unexpected challenges. In times of struggles and uncertainties, it takes a tremendous amount of courage and strength to reach out for help and experience positive transformation. Through our journey together, my hope is that we can collaborate and work through the pains of life and create a life that you have envisioned. In my clinical work, I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved emotional injuries, burnout, AAPI/BIPOC mental health, intergenerational and relational trauma. As we work together, we will uncover recurring patterns and unresolved wounds that still impact your daily life. We will cultivate ways to help you experience healing by addressing underlying needs, shifting these stuck points, finding your inner peace, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself and with others. I believe in the importance of creating a safe, intentional, and supportive environment where you can be truly seen and heard. And my hope is that, through our work together, you will be able to experience more compassion, peace, healing, and deeper connection with yourself and others.
