I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, grief, and identity-related experiences. I especially enjoy working with Latinx, BIPOC, and first- and second-generation adults, including college students and professionals who may be balancing personal goals with family, cultural, academic, or workplace expectations. With 17 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I bring a compassionate and grounded approach to therapy. I understand that our identities, relationships, communities, and life experiences can shape both the challenges we face and the strengths we bring to them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-informed approaches while tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. Together, we can make space to better understand what you are experiencing, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful ways to move toward greater well-being, balance, and growth.
