Are you feeling overwhelmed by life, constantly stressed, or misunderstood by the people around you? Therapy offers a chance to slow down, process, and move forward by understanding the roadblocks in your path. It provides tools and insight that can help you build a stronger foundation for navigating life’s challenges. My approach is strengths-based, and I believe you already have the resources within yourself to handle what life brings. Therapy simply helps bring them to light. Counseling is most effective when it’s individualized and collaborative. Drawing from several approaches — including narrative therapy, feminist and multicultural-focused therapy, and reality therapy — we’ll create a counseling space that supports your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you face and uncover their roots, whether they stem from intergenerational pain, systemic barriers, or the “-isms” that shape your world. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, we’ll work with you to help you take ownership of your growth and create change that feels right for you. I’m Isha Rajvanshi, a (currently pending) Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington. I offer telehealth services for individuals across Washington State. I received my Master’s in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and my Bachelor’s in Arts from the University of British Columbia.
