Introduction

Isis Cunningham, MSW, ACSW Associate Clinical Social Worker | Bilingual Therapist (English/Spanish) I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, trauma, domestic violence, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I recognize that our experiences, relationships, culture, and identities can deeply influence our mental health and how we see ourselves. My goal is to create a safe, culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive space where clients can feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help clients understand patterns, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen communication, establish boundaries, and build greater confidence and resilience. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in English and Spanish and approach each client with cultural humility, empathy, and respect for their individual identity and lived experiences. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, family structures, gender identities, and sexual orientations. When meaningful to the client, I can also incorporate a Christian faith-based perspective into the therapeutic process. Whether you are navigating anxiety or depression, healing from trauma or domestic violence, managing significant life changes, or working toward healthier relationships, you deserve a space where you can be yourself and feel supported. My goal is to help you heal, recognize your strengths, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
