Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when you're constantly expected to have everything together. Between career demands, relationships, family responsibilities, and personal expectations, it's easy to put your own mental health on the back burner. But just because everyone depends on you doesn't mean you have to carry everything alone. I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with working professionals who may find it difficult to slow down, express emotions, manage relationship conflict, or ask for support. Whether you're navigating burnout, feeling disconnected in your relationships, struggling with past experiences, or simply tired of feeling like you have to figure everything out on your own. My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a space where you can speak openly, gain practical tools, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop a healthier balance between your professional and personal life. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate evidence-based approaches with a culturally responsive, holistic perspective. As a former active-duty soldier, military spouse, and sister of a fallen Army soldier, I also bring a personal understanding of resilience, loss, service, and the unique challenges faced by veterans, service members, and military families.
