Introduction

Welcome to my website. My hope is to give you a sense of the approach I take so that you can decide if I would be a good fit for you. My work within the field of mental health began in 2005 while working at a residential treatment facility for developmentally delayed youth. This experience ignited my passion for helping people. In 2010 I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then I have worked with a broad range of clients both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Each of these settings led me back to one thing. Trauma. In 2016 I opened my private practice so that I could delve into more Trauma focused work. Since then I have continued my education, training, knowledge, and experience. I completed a three year Somatic Experiencing Practitioner certification, a year long Attachment Focused EMDR program, and training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Each year I am committed to furthering my learning in order to be the best therapist I can be. I truly love what I do. Whether you're someone who has seen other therapists in the past or are just starting out on this journey I would feel privileged to support you along the way.
