I work with individuals and couples to improve how they relate to themselves and others. We examine unconscious and conscious patterns shaping behavior and relationships. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help identify attachment patterns, defenses, and recurring dynamics, while building concrete skills for communication, emotional regulation, and repair. I help individuals and couples uncover deep-rooted behavior patterns that are impacting their daily lives and their relationships. I offer a safe and supportive environment for clients to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
