These challenges often go unrecognized due to stigma, shame, fear, or lack of awareness about available support. You are not alone. I focus on supporting whole-person wellness during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Here you’ll find helpful information about sessions, insurance, and what to expect as we start working together. 🌱 Where are you located? I’m based in Houston, Texas, and provide telehealth sessions for clients in both Texas and Louisiana. You can join sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable—your home, office, or a quiet spot that feels like your own. 🌱 How do sessions work? All sessions are held through secure telehealth, so therapy can fit naturally into your life. You simply log in from a private space where you feel safe, grounded, and able to focus on yourself. 🌱 How long is a session? Most sessions are about 60 minutes, but we can adjust the length to fit your needs. The overall length of therapy depends on your goals and the pace that supports your growth. 🌱 Do you take insurance? For clients in Louisiana, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance. For those in Texas, sessions are offered through private pay, and I’m happy to provide a superbill so you can explore potential reimbursement through your insurance. 🌱 Can I pay privately? Private pay is available for clients in both Texas and Louisiana, and I’m happy to provide a superbill if you’d like to submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement. FSA and HSA cards are also welcome as forms of payment, making it easier to prioritize your well-being. I’m licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, so I can see clients who are physically located in those states.
