Introduction

You’re the person everyone depends on, but lately, you’re exhausted, anxious, and wondering where you fit into your own life You may be the person everyone relies on. You anticipate people’s needs, keep the peace, manage the emotions in the room, and somehow still feel like you should be doing more. Saying no can bring guilt. Rest can feel uncomfortable. And when someone finally asks what you need, you may not know how to answer. I offer a warm, relational, affirming space where we can slow things down and begin making room for you. Together, we can explore the patterns that keep you overextended, understand where they came from, strengthen boundaries without losing your sense of compassion, and help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside while caring for everyone else. I don’t believe therapy should feel cold or overly clinical. I want you to feel seen, understood, and able to show up as your full self — without judgment and without having to over-explain who you are. You’re allowed to need care too. If you’re tired of always being the one holding everything together, I’d love to connect. Reach out to schedule a consultation and see if working together feels like the right fit.
