Introduction

I specialize in anxiety, social anxiety, body image concerns, and low self-esteem. If you feel overwhelmed or second-guess yourself, you're not alone. Life can be tough and many of us struggle with perfectionism. That nagging feeling; like no matter what we do, we just don’t measure up. But therapy can offer you support by helping you boost your confidence, increase self-compassion, build coping skills, and tackle negative thoughts to create meaningful change. Using skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My approach is to down to earth, with no judgment, and focused on your needs. I work to provide an inclusive space for all, and I'm passionate about holding space for culturally diverse clients and LGBTQIA+ folks.
