The issues with which we struggle do not fit into neat categories nor do they always lend themselves to simple and/or easy solutions -- if they did, you wouldn't be here. I have found that those with whom I work best are people who understand this and seek deeper resolution to conflicts (internal and external, old and new) to gain more freedom, agency, purpose, and authenticity. My graduate degrees in both Philosophy and Social Work provide a broader perspective that enables seeing you as an unique individual with unique challenges. Whether the challenges are past trauma, personal struggles, and/or obstacles in relationships, I incorporate multiple therapeutic approaches – from Psychodynamic Therapy to Existential Psychotherapy to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – to achieve our goals. I very much look forward to working with you.
