Introduction

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self—even the parts you’re still figuring out. My own path to becoming a therapist wasn’t exactly linear. After nearly a decade as a stay-at-home parent, I earned my Master of Counseling from Arizona State University and found a career that genuinely feels like where I’m supposed to be. I also bring lived experience with anxiety, depression, and being diagnosed with ADHD later in life. Finally understanding my own brain changed the way I viewed many of my experiences, and it’s a big part of why I’m passionate about helping others approach themselves with more curiosity, compassion, and understanding rather than constantly feeling like they need to be “fixed.” My approach is person-centered, affirming, and flexible. I especially enjoy working with anxious overthinkers, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent folks (including those diagnosed later in life or just beginning to wonder), and people navigating identity, relationships, depression, burnout, or major life transitions. I believe our identities, relationships, experiences, and environments all shape how we move through the world, and therapy gives us room to explore those pieces without judgment. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter therapy, so I draw from different approaches depending on who you are, what you need, and what actually works for you. I want our sessions to be somewhere you don’t have to mask, perform, or come up with the right answer. There’s room for vulnerability and hard conversations, but there’s also room for humor, curiosity, cursing, weird tangents, and figuring things out together. You’re allowed to be a whole person here.
