Introduction

I received my masters of counseling from Denver Seminary in 2013 & PhD in 2024. I enjoy the intersection of spirituality and psychology. I specialize in treating trauma/abuse, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, addictions, marital conflict, communication issues, and how spirituality is impacted through all these problems. The clients I enjoy working with most are those who are ready for a fresh perspective on old problems are are willing to move forward. I enjoy the process of guiding my clients into finding internal and external resources so they do not feel alone. I use a blend of EMDR, CBT, and intuitive curiosity to build holistic mental and spiritual health quickly.
