Aloha mai kākou, Born and raised on the island of O'ahu, I feel deeply honored to walk alongside individuals and 'ohana during some of life's most challenging and meaningful moments. My passion for this work comes from a genuine belief in the strength, resilience, and potential within every person. Throughout my career, I have received training in multiple specialty areas and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have shaped my approach to care—one that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment that helps people better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also draw from other evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are and support them in achieving their personal goals. As a proud kānaka maoli psychologist, my work is grounded not only in clinical training but also in the values that have shaped me throughout my life. I believe in living pono—striving for balance, integrity, and right relationships with oneself, others, and the world around us. I am guided by the spirit of aloha, approaching each person with compassion, respect, and genuine care. I also recognize the importance of ʻohana and community, understanding that healing and well-being are often strengthened through our connections with those who support and uplift us. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My goal is to honor each person's story, help them build upon their strengths, and support them in finding greater balance and wellness in their lives. Together, we can work toward meaningful change while fostering resilience, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of living in alignment with one's values. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your 'ohana, I am committed to providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care with warmth, humility, and genuine partnership. Through a foundation of aloha and a commitment to living pono, I hope to help individuals and families move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of connection and purpose.
