Introduction

Seeking support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My role as a counselor is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover obstacles that may be keeping you from living more fully and authentically. Together, we'll create a space where healing happens through safety, connection, curiosity, and community. My path as a therapist began in elementary schools along the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact trauma can have on individuals, families, and developing minds. Those experiences shaped my deep belief that people are inherently resilient and capable of healing when provided the right conditions for growth. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, and the lasting effects of adverse life experiences. My approach is collaborative, strengths-focused, and tailored to your unique story. Drawing from EMDR, attachment-based therapy, somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, creative expression, and mindfulness-based practices, I help clients reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate meaningful change. I believe healing involves more than insight alone—it often requires engaging the mind, body, and spirit in ways that foster lasting transformation. Outside the therapy room, you'll often find me exploring the mountains, lakes, and rivers of Central Oregon, paddleboarding, Nordic skiing, practicing yoga, or spending time in nature. These experiences continually remind me of the resilience, balance, and connection that are available to restore our nervous systems in our current world. I hold a Master's Degree in Community and School Counseling from the University of Denver and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon (C7786). Healing is possible. I look forward to connecting with you.
