I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through learning how to feel safe, present, and connected in your own body. My path into therapy was shaped by a deep curiosity about why we struggle the way we do, how patterns form, and what actually creates lasting change. Over time, I’ve learned that many people don’t need more advice or analysis, they need space to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a central part of my work. I support clients before, during, and after ketamine sessions, helping them prepare with intention, navigate the experience with grounding and safety, and integrate insights in ways that create meaningful, lasting change. KAP can be especially supportive for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. In addition to KAP, I provide outpatient therapy for clients seeking a grounded, trauma-informed approach. I often work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, life transitions, and stress related to relationships, work, or major changes. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who have done some inner work already, but still find themselves struggling to fully embody what they know. They’re ready to slow down, listen inward, and develop a more trusting relationship with themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from somatic practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to help clients build internal safety, increase self-trust, and respond to life with more clarity and choice rather than reactivity. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get honest, and gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal to begin. We’ll start where you are and work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in your life.
