Introduction

Are you looking for a relatable therapist for yourself or your teen? Do you need help navigating a new stage in life? I'm here to help! I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which allows your teen a safe space to comfortably express themselves. I am open to using other techniques to benefit the client. I also use art therapy, music therapy, and play therapy to help clients feel comfortable in the therapeutic process.
