I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, adjustment issues, insomnia, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, relationship struggles, social anxiety, panic, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I’m also passionate about supporting teachers and helping professionals, as well as anyone exploring or undergoing a career transition. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher, and I bring that experience to my counseling work through empathy, structure, and a deep understanding of burnout and purpose.
