I know that feeling of managing on the surface while carrying weight underneath, and I want you to know that's enough reason to reach out. As a counselor, I work with teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting stress, and so much more. I'm especially attuned to high-functioning individuals who feel quietly overwhelmed, and I bring warmth alongside directness to help you understand patterns rooted in past wounds. My approach blends attachment-based work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems, drawing on what best serves you. Brainspotting is a specialty of mine for processing trauma and emotional pain that feels stuck. Over time, many clients find themselves more regulated, with clearer communication, stronger boundaries, and a deeper sense of who they are. Therapy here is collaborative and judgment-free. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accept multiple insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients. You don't have to do this alone.
