I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a passion for supporting First Responders and those who serve on the front lines of our communities. My career began with a deep interest in helping individuals navigate the effects of stress and trauma, and over time I found myself drawn to working with First Responders who often carry invisible burdens from the critical roles they play. I specialize in treating stress, anxiety, trauma, and burnout using evidence based approaches that are practical, compassionate, and tailored to the unique experiences of this population. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, strengthen resilience, and restore balance in both their personal and professional lives. I believe therapy should be both supportive and empowering, offering tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
