I work with adults who are looking to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape how they navigate life. Many of the people I work with come to therapy with anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem concerns, or periods of change and uncertainty. Finding a therapist you connect with matters. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely understood, and I strive to bring authenticity and openness to our work together while creating a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported. My approach is relational, drawing from attachment and psychodynamic perspectives alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and develop greater flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges and move toward what matters to you. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded in yourself, more aware of what you need, and more confident in how you move through your relationships and life. If you’re considering therapy, feel free to reach out for a consultation so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit.
