Introduction

As a licensed mental health counselor, my intention is to create an authentic and warm environment for my clients to feel safe and heard. I have a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and families, with additional experience with young adults and adults. My specialties include autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, LGBTQ+, and more. My priority for the therapeutic journey is to equip my clients with the right tools and strategies to endure life’s challenges, and to empower my clients to use their inner strength to accept themselves wholly. I consider myself an eclectic therapist, meaning we will utilize interventions from multiple different therapeutic modalities (CBT, EMDR, person-centered, IFS, etc.) in order to tailor your therapeutic care to meet your needs. Let's work together to process past experiences, navigate challenging emotions and create goals that enhance your wellness overall.
