I believe in the transformative power of community and deep connection. My approach guides clients through change by embracing life’s challenges with humor, fostering mind-body connection, and using psychosomatic awareness to navigate stress and anxiety. I support clients across the lifespan, specializing in children and adolescents alongside their parents, while also working with adults. My training equips me to support those facing stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and life transitions. I believe therapy begins by creating a safe, authentic space built on self-awareness and self-compassion. I lead with cultural humility, honoring each client’s unique journey toward empowerment. My therapeutic modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Expressive Therapy Play Therapy Relational Therapy Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) Beyond clinical work, I am passionate about professional training, presenting workshops for organizations like UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metroplitan Chicago. I offer play therapy consultations and group workshops to clinical practices. During the academic year, I serve as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Arrupe College.
