Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that keep you from enjoying your relationships, career, family, or daily life? Perhaps your inner critic is particularly loud, or you’re navigating a transition such as college, a career change, pregnancy, postpartum, or relationship changes. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, with a particular focus on EMDR and CBT. I help clients process difficult experiences, understand patterns that contribute to anxiety and self-criticism, and develop new ways of moving forward. I take an integrative approach, drawing primarily from EMDR and CBT while also incorporating mindfulness, DBT, relational, and insight-oriented approaches based on each client’s needs. I believe therapy works best when client and therapist collaborate with openness, respect, and a shared commitment to meaningful change. Areas of particular interest include anxiety and panic disorders, OCD, prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, and life transitions. I also work with college and academic concerns, career changes, dating and relationships, and family conflict. My goal is to help clients feel less stuck and more confident navigating their lives.
