Introduction

WELCOME to Soaring Eagles Therapy At Soaring Eagles Therapy, we provide compassionate, play-based therapy for children to help them express emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels natural and safe. Through play, children find their voice, process their experiences, and begin to soar. Alongside our work with children, we also support younger adult men moving through life’s transitions - whether it’s the pressures of fatherhood, relationships, careers or simply trying to hold it all together. As a dad, husband, and professional, I understand what it may feel like to struggle silently. You’re not alone. Soaring Eagles Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and real connection. Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child, or a man ready to step into a healthier version of yourself, I’m here to help you rise-one step at a time. ABOUT JACOB My name is Jacob Asbridge - the therapist behind Soaring Eagles Therapy. I’ve been a licensed social worker since 2017 and a licensed clinical social worker since July 2024. I have over 12 years combined experience in trauma informed care, family centered care, substance abuse counseling, medical social work, case management, and clinical therapy. My experience includes working with youth of all ages and adults. I’m passionate about helping kids learn how to express themselves in healthy ways, and giving men a space to show up honestly without feeling judged. Therapy doesn’t have to be awkward - it can be real, relational, and freeing. My approach is grounded in empathy, connection, and meeting people where they are in their journey. Whether we’re working through something serious or just trying to untangle a tough season I’ll walk along side you with care and honesty.
