Life throws many challenges at us and sometimes it can be hard to know what to about these challenges. It can be helpful to talk through these challenges with another person and figure out how to navigate the situation in the way that feels best to you. I work with clients struggling with the challenges of anxiety, depression, anger issues, and relational issues. I support these clients in identifying the steps to navigate whatever challenge they are facing in the way that best works for them. I use an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy. I collaborate with clients about what feels most important to focus on for them and offer support on this subject. I predominantly use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a humanistic approach. I work mostly with adults. It is easy to get lost in our issues or to feel alone in them. It can be hard to reach out for support or assistance.
