Introduction

I use evidence-based theories such as Acceptance-Commitment Therapy and Strengths-Based Positive Psychology to explore not only what’s troubling you in life, but also the strengths and abilities that you already have to begin making a change. I also use elements of Existential Counseling to determine where you want to go in life, and how we can get there. For clients dealing with the lingering effects of trauma, I also provide EMDR therapy to help reprocess and move past traumatic experiences.
