Introduction

Hi! My name is Jacob Templeton. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I have worked for 15 years in the mental health field, with over 9 years of clinical counseling experience. Over that time, I have helped thousands of people from all walks of life, including many first responders. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and chronic stress. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by what life has thrown at you, or you’re simply looking to build new strengths, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
